முதலில் அரசியலை விளையாட்டாக்கி விட்டு விளையாட்டுகளில் அரசியல் செய்ய முயலும் ஆட்களை அண்ட விடாமல் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
வீரர்களுக்கு விளம்பரங்களில் வரும் வருமானத்தில் பெரும் பகுதியை அரசாங்கம் எடுத்து கொண்டு அதை கிராமபுறங்களில் விளையாட்டுத் துறை வளர உதவ வேண்டும்.
ஒப்பந்தம் செய்யப் பட்ட வீரர்கள் எப்பொதும் கண்காணிப்பில் வைக்க பட வேண்டும்.(சூதாட்டம், பாதுகாப்பு, அநாவசிய பொழுது போக்கு எல்லாம் இதில் தடுக்க படும்)
முக்கியமான வீரர்கள் மாநிலத்துக்கு மாநிலம் இனம் காணப்பட்டு கட்டாய பயிற்சிகள் தினந்தோறும் நடத்தப்பட வெண்டும்.போதிய பயிற்சியெடுக்காத வீரர்களை போட்டியில் சேர்க்கக் கூடாது.
வீரர்களுக்கு நட்சத்திர அந்தஸ்த்து விளையாட்டால் தான் கிடைக்க வேண்டும்.. விளம்பரத்தால் அல்ல. கிடைக்கும் விளம்பரங்களின் வருமானத்தை அரசாங்கம் எடுத்துக் கொண்டு... வீரர்களுக்கு தேவையான அனைத்து வசதிகளையும்... மற்றும் சம்பளமும் வழங்க வேண்டும். இது வீரர்களுக்கு மத்தியில் அநாவசியமான பொறாமைகளை தவிர்ப்பதோடு எல்லா வீரர்களுக்கும் சமமான பயிற்சியும் ஊக்கமும் கிடைக்கும்.
எல்லா விதமன பிட்ச்களும் அமைக்கப் பட வேண்டும். அதில் பயிற்சிகள் மேற்கொள்ள பட வேண்டும். வீரர்களின் பலம் மற்றும் பலவீனங்கள் கண்டறியப்பட்டு அதற்கேற்ப்ப பயிற்சி அமைய வேண்டியது அவசியம். உடல் ரீதியாக மட்டுமன்றி மனரீதியாகவும் பயிற்சி அளிக்க பட வேண்டும்.. இக்கட்டான சூழ்நிலையில் சிறப்பாக ஆட உளவியல் பயிற்சி மிக முக்கியம்.
வங்காளதேச அணியிடம் நாம் அடைந்த தோல்வி குறித்து நண்பர்களொடு விவாதித்த போது வந்து விழுந்த விஷயங்கள் இவை.
I am watching cricket for the past 13 years and has an fair knowledge on the game. I love the game for the professionalism shown by the teams and even the dull lowing scoring test matches ( in terms of run rate ) excite me as i love cricket.
பதிலளிநீக்குI feel the question is very controversial we have good cricketers may be the best of the lot but making them play consistently raises the eye brows.... Yes, We have some world class cricketers in our team and over and over again they have performed and won lot of matches for the country. BUT r they consistent... R the board making necessary steps to keep their momentum going in all the matches in all conditions the answer is BIG "NO"....
Every 3 or 4 years we tour Australia, South Africa, England and West Indies and return home with same problems . Purists will " We cant equip ourselves to their conditions.... We still lack techniques......" these are all the answers we get when India tours these countries.
As Ram said... Playing conditions are the same in India spinner friendly pitches.... When we host other countries the ball will start turning square from day one and we will win the match within 3 days....
Please bring performance based incentives which will make our so called star cricketers to play consistently to win and earn....
If not we will more players like our DADA who scored 7 runs till the 11 over against Lankans and threw his wicket away at the wrong time. We will not a player who gets out playing the same shots and bringing his avg. down and letting his country down....
India does not need Sachins and Sehwags or Dadas...
We need some like Collingwood, Dilshan, Rhodes and etc. I feel the 115 scored by Sanath was probably his best innnings in the World Cup. The ball was moving around and he took his time got settled and then marauded the hapless windies attack. We all know about Sanath, how he bats but seeing him batting that day ... there was lot of responsibility in his innings.
Hope India will produce such players in the future.
